Circus Animal Puppy Chow

• 4 ounces white chocolate (Wilton's white candy melts)
• 1 cup funfetti cake mix, divided
• 6 cups Chex cereal, divided
• 2/3 cup powdered sugar, divided
• 2/3 cup rainbow nonpareils, divided
• 4 ounces pink candy melts
• 1 1/2 cups frosted circus animal cookies

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place the white candy melts in a large bowl and melt in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until completely smooth.
3. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cake mix, then add 3 cups cereal and gently stir to evenly coat. Immediately add 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 1/3 cup nonpareils and stir until evenly coated. Pour out onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Place the pink candy melts in a large bowl and melt in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until completely smooth.
5. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cake mix, then add 3 cups cereal and gently stir to evenly coat. Immediately add the remaining 1/3 cup powdered sugar and 1/3 cup nonpareils and stir until evenly coated.
6. Pour the mixture over the white puppy chow mixture and spread out evenly and top with lightly crushed frosted circus animal cookies.
