One-Step Salmon Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Meanwhile, chop celery.
  3. Drain salmon. Break into large chunks.
  4. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine celery, condensed soup, milk, frozen broccoli, lemon peel and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  5. Add salmon and uncooked noodles, then toss lightly until well mixed.
  6. Bake, covered, in a 350u0b0 oven about 50 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring once after 25 minutes of cooking.
  7. Sprinkle salmon-noodle mixture with cheese.
  8. Bake, uncovered, about 5 minutes more until cheese is melted.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
