Foolproof Cheesecake

  1. Crust:
  2. Mix all crust ingredients well. Press into a spring-form pan.
  3. Bake 10 minutes at 350u0b0F.
  4. Cheesecake:
  5. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, almond extract and lemon juice until well blended.
  6. Add softened cream cheese, beat well.
  7. Fold in sour cream.
  8. Pour into the crust and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350u0b0F.
  9. Cool completely before cutting.
