Creamy Mushroom Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Steam or boil onion, celery, and carrot until tender, then drain.
  3. Combine all meatloaf ingredients well, and form into loaf.
  4. Bake 1 hour, then remove grease from pan.
  5. Combine gravy ingredients, and pour over meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with gravy spooned over top of meatloaf.
