Easy Noodle Beef Casserole

  1. In a Dutch oven brown the steak pieces in the oil, remove when browned.
  2. Add the onions, sauerkraut, paprika and 1/4 cup water.
  3. Cook& stir until the onions are tender.
  4. about 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the broth, 1/2 cup water, tomatoe paste, caraway seeds, chili,and noodles Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, cover tightly& simmer for about 10 minutes or until the noodles are cooked Remove from heat: return beef to the Dutch Oven, stir, cover and let stand for a couple of minutes Sprinkle with parslery& serve.
