Hamburg Casserole

  1. Take cream cheese out of refrigerator a few hours before to soften.
  2. Cook noodles and set aside.
  3. Put cream cheese together with sour cream.
  4. Cook beef, onion, oregano, garlic and salt to taste.
  5. Brown, then drain off grease.
  6. After browning, add tomato sauce and simmer.
  7. Layer in casserole noodles, meat and cream cheese.
  8. Cover with grated cheese and bake 1/2 hour at 350u0b0 (1 hour if frozen).
