Chicken Drumettes
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken drumettes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 (1 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- hot biscuits
- Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and pepper.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until done.
- Turn occasionally.
- Remove chicken and drain on paper towels.
- Keep warm.
- Pour off drippings.
- Reserve 1/4 cup in skillet.
- Combine onion soup mix and water.
- Stir into drippings. Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
- Combine sour cream and chicken soup.
- Add to drippings mixture.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir often. Serve over split biscuits.
