Chicken Drumettes

  1. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until done.
  4. Turn occasionally.
  5. Remove chicken and drain on paper towels.
  6. Keep warm.
  7. Pour off drippings.
  8. Reserve 1/4 cup in skillet.
  9. Combine onion soup mix and water.
  10. Stir into drippings. Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
  11. Combine sour cream and chicken soup.
  12. Add to drippings mixture.
  13. Simmer 10 minutes.
  14. Stir often. Serve over split biscuits.
