Easy Asian Beef And Noodles

  1. Trim fat from steak; cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
  2. Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak and onions; stir-fry 1 minute. Remove steak mixture from skillet; keep warm.
  4. Heat remaining 1/2 teaspoon oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add slaw; stir-fry 30 seconds.
  6. Remove slaw from skillet; keep warm.
  7. Remove noodles from package; reserve 1 season packet for another use.
  8. Add water and remaining seasoning packet to skillet; bring to a boil.
  9. Break noodles in half; add noodles to water mixture.
  10. Cook noodles 2 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently.
  11. Stir in steak mixture, slaw and soy sauce; cook until thoroughly heated.
  12. Makes 2 servings (2 cup size). Points: 10.
