Chicken With Crab Sauce Fettucini

  1. Skin, wash and dry the chicken breasts.
  2. Coat thoroughly with black pepper, a little salt and lemon pepper.
  3. Rub with enough mayonnaise on each to glaze with thin coating.
  4. Place (bone side down) in lightly oiled (1 teaspoon olive oil), big black iron skillet.
  5. Set oven to 400u0b0 and bake until golden brown and tender, about 45 minutes.
