Cocoa Kiss Cookies
- 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 54 Hershey's Kisses (9 oz. pkg.), unwrapped
- confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 6 oz. white chocolate chips
- powdered sugar
- Beat butter and sugar together until creamy.
- Beat in vanilla and egg.
- Combine the flour and baking soda.
- Beat into butter mixture.
- Stir in the coconut and white chocolate.
- Form a dough.
