Skillet Chicken And Peaches

  1. In a large skillet or electric frying pan heat oil.
  2. Brown chicken.
  3. Remove to a platter.
  4. Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms, just until onion is limp.
  5. Add peaches with juice. Into the water stir bouillon cube, ginger and cornstarch until dissolved.
  6. Add to peach mix.
  7. Simmer until mixture is thickened. Return chicken to skillet.
  8. Cover, simmer for 25 minutes until chicken is completely cooked.
  9. Serve over rice or egg noodles. Makes 4 servings.
