Shrimp-Macaroni Salad
- 1 lb. cooked and peeled shrimp
- 2 c. cooked shell macaroni
- 1 c. raw cauliflower
- 1 c. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. garlic French dressing
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 hard boiled egg
- salad greens
- Cut
- large
- shrimp
- in
- half, combine shrimp, macaroni, cauliflower,
- celery, parsley and pickle.
- Combine mayonnaise, French
- dressing,
- lemon juice and seasonings; mix thoroughly. Add mayonnaise
- mixture
- to
- shrimp mixture and toss lightly. Chill; serve on salad greens and garnish with egg slices.
