Seafood Appetizers
- 2 c. frozen, cooked cocktail or salad shrimp
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 c. flaked imitation crab meat, cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp. seafood seasoning blend
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Thaw shrimp as directed on package.
- Drain well, pressing between paper towels to remove excess water.
- Cut shrimp into small pieces.
- Unroll dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Press dough to form a 12 x 8 inch rectangle, firmly pressing any perforations in dough to seal.
- Top dough with the remaining ingredients in this order:
- shrimp, imitation crab meat, seafood seasoning, garlic powder, cheese and parsley flakes.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
- Cut into squares.
- Makes 24 appetizers.
