Chicken And Rice

  1. Combine in frying pan and saute rice, onion, pepper and butter.
  2. In large bowl, combine water or milk, soup and seasonings. Combine rice and liquid mixture and pour all into a large casserole dish.
  3. Place 1/2 chicken, cut in serving size pieces on top.
  4. Bake covered for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 350u0b0. Stir occasionally to check for rice drying.
