Cocoa Peanut Butter Chip Pie

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Sprinkle chips on bottom of crust.
  3. In medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
  4. Add cocoa, stir until smooth.
  5. Add sweetened condensed milk and water.
  6. Stir with whisk until well blended.
  7. Stir in egg and vanilla.
  8. Remove from heat. Pour into crust.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until edges are set (center will firm while cooling).
  10. Cool slightly.
  11. Garnish with whipped topping (if desired).
  12. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 8 servings.
