Turkey Burgers Parmigiana

  1. Combine chicken broth, tomato sauce and dried whole oregano in a small bowl.
  2. Stir well and set aside.
  3. Combine turkey, parsley, poultry seasoning, pepper and garlic in a medium bowl.
  4. Stir until well blended.
  5. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions shaping each into a 1/2 inch thick oval patty.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on a sheet of wax paper.
  7. Press patties in breadcrumbs, lightly coating each side.
  8. Place patties in a shallow baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray.
  9. Bake at 450u0b0 for 8 minutes; drain.
  10. Turn patties over and spoon tomato mixture evenly over patties.
  11. Bake an additional 8 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
  12. Sprinkle patties with cheese and bake 1 additional minute or until cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley.
