Meat Pie Triangle
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. dry red wine
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) tubes crescent rolls
- Heat oil in pan.
- Lightly brown meat, breaking up with fork as it cooks.
- Transfer meat to bowl with slotted spoon.
- Save 2 tablespoons fat to cook onion and garlic until soft.
- Add rest of ingredients except egg, cheese, rolls and parsley.
- Cook 3 minutes. Stir to blend.
- Stir mixture into meat in bowl.
- Let cool 10 minutes.
- Beat in egg, cheese and parsley.
