Easy Cheeseburger Casserole
- 1 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 c. chopped onions, cooked with meat
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Bisquick baking mix, divided
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
- Place cooked meat and onions into Pam-sprayed 2-quart baking dish.
- Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms (if desired) and 2 tablespoons Bisquick.
- Stir well and set aside.
- Combine remaining Bisquick with enough water to form a soft dough.
- With fingertips dipped in Bisquick, press dough into bottom and up sides of casserole.
- Fill with meat mixture.
- Sprinkle on cheese. Bake in preheated 425u0b0 oven 20 minutes.
