Easy Cheeseburger Casserole

• 1 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
• 1 c. chopped onions, cooked with meat
• 1/2 c. catsup
• 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Bisquick baking mix, divided
• 4 to 5 Tbsp. water
• 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
• 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)

1. Place cooked meat and onions into Pam-sprayed 2-quart baking dish.
2. Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms (if desired) and 2 tablespoons Bisquick.
3. Stir well and set aside.
4. Combine remaining Bisquick with enough water to form a soft dough.
5. With fingertips dipped in Bisquick, press dough into bottom and up sides of casserole.
6. Fill with meat mixture.
7. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake in preheated 425u0b0 oven 20 minutes.
