Pan Pizza
- 1 (13 3/4 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1/3 c. tomato paste
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- In large bowl, dissolve yeast from roll mix in 1 cup warm water.
- Stir in flour mixture from mix and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
- With greased fingers, pat dough out onto bottom and halfway up sides of a greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 375u0b0 until deep golden brown (about 20 minutes).
