Strawberry Angel Squares

  1. Combine
  2. flour, sugar, nuts and butter; spread into a 9 x 13-inch

  9. Crumble

  11. cool.
  12. Reserve
  13. 1/3
  14. of this for topping.
  15. Spread remainder back into the pan.
  16. Combine unbeaten egg
  17. whites,
  18. sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  19. Beat for 10 minutes.
  20. Fold in whipped cream and strawberries.
  21. Pour over the crumbled mixture.
  22. Add topping; freeze 6 hours before serving.
