Mother'S Ground Beef Special

  1. Cook macaroni.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter; brown meat, onions, pepper and garlic.
  3. Place in a 3-quart casserole dish.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, then add remaining ingredients.
  5. Stir well. Refrigerate overnight to mellow.
  6. Take out 2 hours before baking. Preheat oven to 250u0b0.
  7. Bake, covered, for 2 hours or until bubbling.
