Mexican Pie

  1. Brown meat; drain.
  2. Add green pepper and onion.
  3. Cook until tender.
  4. Add half of process cheese spread and chili powder.
  5. Stir over low heat until process cheese spread is melted.
  6. Stir in tomato; combine remaining process cheese spread, eggs, flour, salt and milk.
  7. Beat until smooth.
  8. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with corn meal.
  9. Spoon meat mixture over batter to within 1-inch of edge.
  10. Bake at 400u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
