Earthquake Cake

  1. Grease a regular size cake pan.
  2. Mix cake mix according to directions.
  3. Sprinkle nuts and coconut on bottom of cake pan. Pour the cake mix on top.
  4. Mix the oleo, powdered sugar and cream cheese together and pour down the middle of the cake and carefully spread it so as not to mix the cake mix.
  5. The cream cheese does not need to cover the cake.
  6. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 50 minutes. Take out and set until able to set.
  7. The cake should crack down the middle to give the "earthquake" effect.
  8. Does not need icing. This cake doesn't look as good as it tastes, but it doesn't last long and it is definitely a favorite in our family.
