Stuffed Round Steak

  1. Pound steak to flatten.
  2. Lightly cook onion and celery in butter
  3. until golden.
  4. add bread cubes, seasonings, parsley and water.
  5. Cut meat into 4 pieces
  6. Spread meat with dressing mixture.
  7. Roll up
  8. fasten with toothpicks.
  9. roll in flour.
  10. brown in hot oil.
  11. Dilute soup with 1 cup of water.
  12. pour over meat.
  13. cover
  14. simmer over low heat for 1 hour 30 minutes.
