Homemade Turkey Breakfast Sausage

  1. Combine ground meat with all ingredients, up to and including the nutmeg. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Form the mixture into 8 patties or links if you prepfer. Two ounc each. When ready to cook. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over med-high heat. Add the oil. When the pot is hot, add the patties and cook for about 4 minutes. Spray the top of the patties and flip, to cook the other side. Cook for an additional 4 minutes or until done. Transfer the patties to a plate lined with paper towel to drain. Serve and Enjoy. 1 serving equals to patties.
