Speedy Pizza

  1. Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble.
  2. Drain well. Combine water and yeast; let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in flour and salt (dough will be soft and sticky).
  4. Using the back of a spoon, spread dough on bottom and up sides of a greased 10-inch pizza pan.
  5. Bake at 425u0b0 for 5 minutes.
  6. Combine tomato sauce, oregano and garlic powder; spread evenly over crust.
  7. Sprinkle with sausage and bake an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer, or until crust is browned.
  9. Top with Parmesan and Romano cheese.
  10. Yields one 10-inch pizza.
