Company Casserole

• 1/2 lb. medium wide noodles
• 1 Tbsp. butter
• 1 lb. ground chuck
• 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
• 1 c. cottage cheese
• 1/4 c. sour cream
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
• 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
• salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
2. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
3. Saute beef until brown; season.
4. Stir in tomato sauce.
5. Combine cheeses, sour cream, onion and pepper. Spread half of noodles in a 2-quart buttered casserole.
6. Cover with cheese mixture.
7. Cover with rest of noodles.
8. Drizzle melted butter over; cover with tomato-meat mixture.
9. Bake for 45 minutes. Serves 6 generously.
