Tabouli(Wheat Garden Salad)

  1. In medium bowl pour boiling water over bulgur wheat.
  2. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix in a shaker oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, oregano and cayenne pepper; shake well.
  4. Mix bulgur wheat and vegetables and pour in oil mixture.
  5. Mix well and chill several hours before serving.
  6. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
  7. Serves about 6 a generous portion.
