Alaskan Pickled Salmon Dip

  1. Cut
  2. fish
  3. in
  4. small
  5. pieces
  6. and
  7. place in large bowl. Cover with
  8. equal
  9. partstf
  10. wine
  11. and vinegar.tdd dill to taste. Cover
  12. andtlace
  13. in refrigerator for 3 days.
  14. Pickle onions
  15. by slicing and placing in jar with Polish pickles for three
  16. days also.
  17. Remove
  18. fish
  19. from pickling and drain; dry well.
  20. Chop both
  21. pickled
  22. andtreen onions and add to fish. Mix with salt and pepper, then add sour cream.
  23. Serve as a dip with different kinds of crackers.
