Bacon, Broccoli, Chicken Pasta
- 2 lb. bacon
- 2 bunches broccoli, chop off flowerets
- 3 lb. chicken breasts, chop into small pieces and cook until brown
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
- 1 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- Parmesan cheese
- Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces.
- Separate and fry to a crisp in a large skillet.
- Remove bacon to a paper towel.
- Leave bacon grease.
- Add olive oil and crushed garlic.took until garlic is light brown.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry.
- Cook spaghetti according to box directions.tfter draining, mix small amounts of spaghetti, bacon, chicken and broccoli with grease back to the stockpot and mix well.
- Serve hot and top with Parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
