Easy Dessert
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 carton (13 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed or 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- First, melt butter or margarine
- in
- 9

- 13-inch pan. Stir in flour, brown sugar,
- coconut
- and
- pecans.
- Mix
- well until crumbly.
- Bake at 350u0b0 in
- oven for 25 minutes, stirring often. Cool.
- Remove half of mix
- and
- set aside for topping. Spread remainder evenly over bottom
- of pan.
- Then mix instant pudding and milk for about 2
- minutes.
- Fold
- in
- the
- whipped topping or Cool Whip.
- Pour into pan and sprinkle with remaining mix. Refrigerate.
