Easy Dessert

  1. First, melt butter or margarine
  2. in
  3. 9
  4. x
  5. 13-inch pan. Stir in flour, brown sugar,
  6. coconut
  7. and
  8. pecans.
  9. Mix
  10. well until crumbly.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 in
  12. oven for 25 minutes, stirring often. Cool.
  13. Remove half of mix
  14. and
  15. set aside for topping. Spread remainder evenly over bottom
  16. of pan.
  17. Then mix instant pudding and milk for about 2
  18. minutes.
  19. Fold
  20. in
  21. the
  22. whipped topping or Cool Whip.
  23. Pour into pan and sprinkle with remaining mix. Refrigerate.
