Wild Rice-Apple Stuffing

  1. Melt margarine over medium heat in a large skillet coated with cooking spray.
  2. Add celery and onion; saute 3 minutes.
  3. Add apple; saute 5 minutes or until apple is tender.
  4. Combine apple mixture, rice and remaining ingredients in a 2-quart casserole; stir well.
  5. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake 5 minutes.
  7. Yield:
  8. 6 servings.
