Meatballs In Cocktail Sauce

  1. Shape meatballs into 1 inch balls.
  2. Place on a jelly roll pan. Bake in preheated oven at 400u0b0 for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, basil and salt; stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Add meatballs.
  6. Remove from heat, pour into storage container; cool.
  7. Cover and refrigerate.
  8. Just before serving, heat meatballs about 10 minutes in sauce.
  9. Makes about 4 dozen.
