Baked Creole Cod(Low Calorie)

  1. Spray a shallow nonstick baking dish with cooking spray; sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Arrange the fish in a single layer; sprinkle with remaining lemon juice.
  3. Combine tomatoes, Italian herbs, celery, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, thyme, garlic, hot pepper flakes, salt and pepper; spoon over fish.
  4. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350u0b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until fish flakes easily and sauce is thick.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
  6. Each serving contains 155 calories.
