Spiked Apple Crisp

  1. Arrange apple slices in a greased 2 quart round casserole.
  2. Sprinkle on cinnamon, lemon and orange rinds and both liqueurs.
  3. In a small bowl mix together both sugars, flour, salt and butter.
  4. Mix together until crumbly.
  5. Spread mixture over top of apples.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until apples are tender and top is lightly browned, around 1 hour.
  7. Serve warm with cream or vanilla ice cream.
