Crab Puffs

  1. Combine cream cheese, crab, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Place 1/2 teaspoon crab filling in center of each wonton wrapper. Spread small amount of margarine on two adjacent sides of wrapper.
  3. Pinch in the middle, then fold down the opposite corners, forming wings. Deep fry in oil until golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve along with hot mustard made by combining mustard powder and water to desired consistency.
