Chocolate Cake With Chocolate Sauce

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Combine oil and cocoa and add to dry ingredients.
  2. Beat in milk and vanilla.
  3. Pour batter into a lightly oiled or nonstick sprayed 9-inch square baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining dry ingredients over the top of the batter one at a time, but do not mix.
  5. Pour coffee or water over the top.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
  7. To serve, invert each piece on a serving plate.
  8. Makes 9 servings.
