Bakery Rolls

  1. Warm
  2. the evaporated milk.
  3. Add hot water.
  4. Add 1/2 cup sugar and
  5. salt.ttir to dissolve the sugar and salt.
  6. Sprinkle yeast over
  7. the 1/2 cup of warm water.
  8. Add the sugar and stir well. When yeast is dissolved, add to milk mixture.
  9. Add oil with flour 2
  10. cups at a time.teat well after each addition with
  11. electric mixer.
  12. Knead lightly, dough will be soft. Grease top of
  13. dough with oil and cover.
  14. Let rise to double, then punch
  15. down.tet rise
  16. again.
  17. Formtnto desired buns, roll, kolaches
  18. or cinnamon rolls.
  19. Makes about 8 dozen rolls. Bake in 400u0b0
  20. oven
  21. for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  22. These freeze very well.
