St. Patrick'S Day Cupcakes

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together (these do not need an electric mixer) first 6 ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil and vanilla or almond extract.
  3. Stir into flour just until combined. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 375u0b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
  5. Frost with cream cheese icing; sprinkle with colored sugar and then milk chocolate pieces.
  6. Makes 18.
