Chocolate Zucchini Cake
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 2 c. grated zucchini
- 1/4 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. heavy cream (unsterilized if possible)
- 10 oz. semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/4 c. Grand Marnier or other liqueur (hazelnut)
- 1 1/2 lb. semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate cocoa
- 1/4 c. poppy seed
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 lemon supreme cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. warm water
