Baked Spaghetti
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 small can ripe olives, sliced
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 lb. hamburger (optional)
- 12 oz. spaghetti (cooked)
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- In a large skillet saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
- Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano, add hamburger.timmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Put 1/2 of the spaghetti in a greased 9 X 13 pan.top with 1/2 vegetable mixture, sprinkle with 4 oz. cheese, repeat layers.tix the soup and water until smooth, pour over casserole.tprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes at 350u0b0.
