Strawberry Salad

• 2 c. boiling water
• 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
• 2 bananas, mashed
• 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
• 1/2 pt. whipping cream
• 1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• nuts (optional)

1. Dissolve
2. jello
3. in
4. hot water.
5. Save 1/4 mixture to be used later.
6. Into the rest of the jello, mix together bananas, strawberries
7. and
8. pineapple.
9. Puttn refrigerator until congealed.to
10. the
11. softened cream cheese add the cup of confectioners
12. sugar
13. and the vanilla (set aside).tn another bowl, beat the whipping cream.
14. Add this to the cream cheese mixture along
15. with 1/4 cup of reserved jello.
16. Put this on top of the congealed salad and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
17. Be sure not to leave out more than 1/4 cup of the gelatin and hot water
18. mixture
19. or the bottom layer will not jell.this is so good it could be served for salad or dessert.
