Bog Stew(Crock-Pot)

  1. In a lightly greased frying pan or skillet, saute green peppers and onions until tender.
  2. Add ground beef.
  3. Mix in salt, black pepper and garlic powder to taste.
  4. Stir and let simmer for five minutes.
  5. Add tomato sauce and cook over medium fire for 10 to 15 minutes until meat is thoroughly cooked.
