Lemon Layer Delight

  1. Blend together flour, butter and pecans.
  2. Pat out this mixture smoothly into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Let cool completely.
  5. Blend together cream cheese, 1/2 bowl Cool Whip and powdered sugar.
  6. Beat the pudding and milk until thick, 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Pour the lemon instant pudding mixture on top of the Philadelphia cream cheese and Cool Whip layer.
  8. Place other half bowl Cool Whip on top of this layer and sprinkle with nuts.
  9. Cool overnight.
  10. Keeps well in refrigerator for one week or more.
