Spaghetti Tomato Sauce

  1. Heat pan, add oil and lightly brown onion and green pepper. After they have started to cook, add the garlic and meat.
  2. When light brown, add spices.
  3. Mix well and add the tomato paste, cooking until mixture sticks to the pan; keep mixing.
  4. Add 2 cans of water (12 ounces) to paste mixture and blend well.
  5. Add chopped tomato mix and heat thoroughly.
  6. Lower heat to a simmer and cook 3 to 4 hours.
