Seafood Salad
- 4 oz. fine egg noodles
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen seafood mix, thawed
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. freeze-dried chives
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- leaf lettuce
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
- Set aside.
- Combine sour cream and next 3 ingredients, mixing well.
- Combine noodles, sour cream mixture, seafood mix and next 6 ingredients, mixing well.
- Chill 8 hours.
- Arrange on lettuce-lined plates.
- Garnish, if desired. Garnish: tomato wedges, parsley sprigs.
