Seafood Salad

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine sour cream and next 3 ingredients, mixing well.
  4. Combine noodles, sour cream mixture, seafood mix and next 6 ingredients, mixing well.
  5. Chill 8 hours.
  6. Arrange on lettuce-lined plates.
  7. Garnish, if desired. Garnish: tomato wedges, parsley sprigs.
