Broccoli Ham Ring(Brunch)
- 1/4 lb. ham
- 1/4 lb. fresh broccoli
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley
- 6 oz. Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tps. lemon juice
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Coarsely chop ham, broccoli and onion with food chopper.
- Finely snip parsley with Kitchen Cutters. Coarsely grate cheese with grater-slicer.
- Mix all ingredients except crescent rolls and set aside.
- Arrange crescent triangles in a circle on a 13-inch baking stone with bases overlapping in center and points to the outside.
- There should be a 3-inch diameter circle in center.
- Evenly spoon filling over base.
- Fold points of triangle over filling and tuck underbase at center.
- Filling will not be completely covered.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Yields 8 servings.
