Crab Lasagna
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 2 cans Campbell's cream of shrimp soup
- 3/4 lb. crab meat
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. basil
- 2 tomatoes, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- dash of salt and pepper (optional)
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Heat shrimp soup and add crab.
- Mix together cottage cheese, cream
- cheese, egg, basil (salt and pepper) and onion.
- Put a layer of noodles on bottom of baking dish.
- Pour cheese mixture (part) over noodles, then some of the heated soup mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with sliced tomatoes. Bake 15 minutes in preheated 350u0b0 oven.
- Add shredded Cheddar and bake 30 more minutes until browned and bubbly.
