Deadly Death By Chocolate Cake
- Layer 1
- 18 ounces chocolate cake mix
- 1 ounce chocolate pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Layer 2
- 18 ounces chocolate cake mix
- 1 ounce chocolate pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Frosting
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 4 ounces powdered sugar
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix cake mix and chocolate pudding.
- Mix eggs, sour cream, water, and oil.
- Add together, then put in chocolate chips.
- Repeat for layer two.
- Bake at 350 in separate greased and floured pan for 45-50 minutes.
- Frosting: Mix cocoa, butter, and evaporated milk, and bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla. Cream ingredients until smooth.
- Let cakes cool, then frost and layer.
- Optional For Decoration: Save some of the frosting, and add more cocoa. This can be used for writing, etc.
