Steak & Mushroom Casserole

  1. Brown steaks in drippings.
  2. Remove from skillet.
  3. Saute mushrooms and onion slices until tender.
  4. Drain steaks, mushrooms and onion slices on paper towels.
  5. Combine soup, buttermilk, parsley and seasonings, blending till smooth.
  6. Place alternate layers of potatoes, onion and mushroom slices, steak and sauce in greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
  7. Bake uncovered in 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour, or till potatoes are tender.
